Honda Civic 96 Not Start in Hot Days?

Hello. My car (Honda Civic 96 EX) will not ignite at all in hot summer days. Under the hood, there is a fuse box. Inside there are four relays labeled as follows: heater motor, cooling fan, mg. clutch, and condenser fan. If I push down arbitrarily on any of those relays AND turn the ignition key at the same time, then the car will start.Any thoughts? Bad relays? Which one? Where can I get replacements from?I thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
