how do i get rid of my srs light on a 98 civic cx?

I've got a 01 Accord, and for me well there's been a recall on it for that matter. You can't turn it off and there is no problem according to a computer (OBDII) when it scans your car. During emissions testing it doesn't show up as a problem either since mine was still on. You have to go to the dealer and have them turn it off. Or check to see if your car also has it recalled.
