I'm not being a smart a_s_s, but if there are 2007 Haynes Manuals out, they tell you how to do everything from pulling the motor out to changing the brake lights. I have 1995 Honda Civic Sedan EX and it gives directions on how to change the dome light. I think the manuals are around 15 bucks. It's well worth it cuz when you need to change something else, you can just refer to the manual. By the way, usually the plastic covers have a little notch in them. I had them on my Ford Ranger and my Honda Civic now. You can fit a flat head screwdriver in there and safely but surely just pop them out. But don't quote me on that. I'd look into it a little further. But yeah, unless Hondas have majorly changed their configurations since 1998 (my mom's Civic), it should be the same. Good luck!
