How does overboring work?

Hey there, just doing my first engine rebuild, engines almost out, maybe another day of work
So I'm planning on overboring to 85 mm for a b18b2 (i'm pretty sure its the same as a b18b1 so i'm going to follow those instructions from the sticky thread about b-series engine), so I can still have a choice to turbo later on.

Now my questions:

When you overbore the cylinders, exactly what else needs to be changed to adjust to the changes (please let me know if its recommended or it HAS to be changed)?

Anyone know the horsepower increase when you do bore a b18b from stock to 85 mm? I think it said the displacement increases to just over 2000 cc, but depending on the increase, maybe its not worth it for me to bore.

What is resleeving exactly (sorry, everyone has a first time), do you have to do it, other then the cylinders what needs to be relseeved if overboring?

Thanks ahead for any help
