How to install (Header or Exhaust System) in my 2007 Honda Civic Si Sedan?

I need help with installing either header or exhaust system. INGEN's website help me install my cold air intake part, but not for header or exhaust system. I was just wondering if there is anyway anyone can help me install these two parts. Using pictures to help me is excellent, but anything will do. People in forum website (i.e. Honda -Tech.com) said it was easy, but it ain't for me. I'm still learning about my car (inside and outside) and ain't that much of a newbie. I appreciate any answer and any help.

I have learn a few things about cars on my own. There's nothing like doing the work yourself. I normally call friends and ask them on how to go about tackling a project. If you're new to this I suggest that you call your local shop and find out if a beginner should do something like this. A good shop will tell you what can go wrong if the parts are not installed properly. It's here where you can determine to have the parts professionally installed or do it yourself. What is easy for one person may be hard on another. Header and exhaust system work on my cars are left to the pros. Good luck with that.
