install of rear strut brace

ok so its all bolted in and everything, do i turn the bar at all to pull or push apart the 2 towers or just leave it in the middle and tighten the jam nuts

Leave it in the middle, tighten the jam nuts. as long as the bar is tight, its good.

best is to turn the bar until snug and then apply the locknuts in place to hold it...Turn until you feel resistance, half turn passed that and lock it up.
