Hey, this may be a dumb question but oh well. I just bought a 93 civic 4 door but I dont know if its a CX, DX, LX, or VX, because the previous owner has it shaved. I'm pretty sure it isn't a vx or ex because those have the vtec engines and those wouldnt be in a 4 door....right? so anyways I was hoping someone could help me out. Like I said its a 4 door, and there is a rear spoiler with the breaklights on it.....

any help would be appreciated, thanks guys/girls.

Motors and body parts can all be changed making it hard to know the model. The REAL easy way is to check your ownership.

well i know its the original engine.....and I'm 99.9% sure its not a vtec because it would have said so on the engine....

i may be wrong but im pretty sure that not all vtec engines say "vtec" on the engine...check if you have the vtec solenoid ...also the engine model should be etched into the engine

and i think the ex does come in 4 door as well

like someone else said just check your ownership
