Most of the fun is doing it yourself... I'm sure all the info you'd need for that swap could be found on the internet. I'm also sure that you already know this.

Why wouldn't you do this yourself?

some people just dont have access to proper tools and equipment or lack the hands on experience needed to pull a job like this
why do something if you're not confident in doing it? if you're gonna do something, do it once and do it right.

I would say do it yourself as there are many walkthroughs on k20a.org
If you have any questions along the way inquire on k20a.org or on here.

if you havent done a honda swap before, i'd stay away from a k swap. from my experience, walkthroughs can make it seem really easy, but you (may) encounter problems that you dont have solutions for..

btw, does anyone know how much a kswap typically costs. i heard they are in the 8-9k range, but can anyone verify this...

like any swap it varies based on what parts you go with and how you source them. If you do the work yourself i have seen them be around the 6000-7000 dollar range, however if done by a shop definatly closer to the 8000+ range.

For a properly running K-Swap your looking at around 8,000. I have done them before and have experience with the swap. PM me if you would like specifics.
