my brakes won't pump up to set so what can i do to fix the promblem?

my brakes won't pump up to set so what can i do to fix the promblem?

it has new pads and the brakes somtimes grab aslong as u pump before u stop and it dosnt stop on command its always after u want two stop

there must be a leak somewhere. check all the lines.oh yeah also check for fluid.

you probably need to bleed the brakes to remove air.Takes two people. make sure reservoir is full.have helper pump the brakes till they're tight and hold pedal down. loosen the bleeder valve on the backside of brake caliper or drum.air ad fluid will squirt out.tighte and repeat till no more air.make sure reservoir stays full ad repeat on all 4 brakes. If that does't help then th master cylider is probably bad. Hope this helps.

Possible damage when pads were changed?Check fluid level.Look for leaks.Bleed the system.If the above don't cure it, you're looking at a bad cylinder somewhere.
