my car wont pass nspection due to a engine swap?
I Have A 98 Honda Civic Wont Pass Inspection Because The Computer Cant Be Read Due To The Fact That The Engine Is Swaped And The Chip It Carries Can Not Be Read What Can I Do ?????????????? Anything Can Help Thanks
