Daytime Running Lights not running just walking
Dude, Dude, phillet Just Chill!!!!
The folks here are trying to help you and I am sure that the comments are with good intentions. There is no need to get all jacked up and sarcastically resentful. If you feel this uptight about the help that the peeps here are trying to give you, simple:-Take it to the dealer and let them have their way with you. Also, by the way, it is not that simple and easy as you think.
Electrical problems can be quite difficult to diag. and solve.
Yes, some members have dealt with this sucessfully many times.
Slow down, relax, read and listen instead of going off half cocked.
That being said, the info you need is easily found in the service manual.
Check here on the site and get the link to download the pdf manual.
Take a look at Pages 875,902 and 905 for the DTRL module location as well as the troubleshooting page.

Regards and good luck

Yeah nsxvtec is on the right page! Get a good wiring diagram and start from there and if there is anything you don't understand or don;t know how to check just ask here. The only tools you will need are a testlight and something to back probe (ie. paper clip or a pin) the harness. You can check power in and out on everything and determine the problem that way. If you have power in on your module, but no power out then it can be an internal module problem. I can't begin to tell you how many electircal diag problems i have solved with a simple test light. The next best thing would be a multimeter, but you must have specs in order to test. Some service manuals have specs, but i recommend a good digital multimeter if you want to test that way.
