my honda element had the rear hatch window replaced. When they replaced the...

...window the window will not open? The key does not unlock the window and the power locks won't operate the window either. There is no access from the inside to the locking mechanism. Any suggestions?

Take the car back to the facility that repaired/replaced the window. Clearly an electrical harness was not reconnected. Hopefully you had this repair done at a Honda dealer by a factory trained electrical technician because this will be an easily diagnosed and repaired problem.
