new to engine mods

whats the first thing i should do to my stock 91 civic 1.5L Auto?

lol, ya that thought was there too, but its a nice and ive put a lot in to the stereo so i dont just want to go and sell it. Tranny swap....engine swap?

haha well i dont actauuly live in trenton, i live in bayside which is twice as bad. how much can it cost me for the tranny swap? Mind you even if i put a standard in there, its still gunna have a small engine....decisions decisions

Yes the manual switch over does suck ***. Ive done it before and its too much of a hassle.. Trying to retrofit the pedals and is the worst of it all.. Not to mention beating in the bottom of the car for the linkages to fir properly. and then finding mounts, ecu, tranny, engine and anything else that would be needed for an FI swap. Too much hassle, when you can go out and buy yourself a civic for likr under 4 Bills with less K and better looks.

he dont have cash for a new car though. So we need not worry about that, as his school is his first financial priority
