Oil in Exhaust Port number 2?

This is for a honda h22a. The block has around 80k on it and the head was redone around 2k ago. The car is running fine for the time being however i removed the header last week and found and oily buildup in exhaust port number 2. The rest looked normal. From what i remember that cylinder also yielded higher leakdown numers than the others. I believe that one was around 10 psi leakdown on a cold engine. The rest were around 5-6. Compression however was very good across the board ranging from 255-265, not much variance. I have noticed a slight amount of oil comumption, i dont really drive the car enough to really know and when i do take it out i usually get on it alot. There is no blue smoke however coming out of the exhaust. The only two things it could be would be oil control rings or valve seals(which were replaced). How much do you think this will affect performance ?
