Is it possible...H23 to H22

Now i know an h22 bolts right up to a 1991 accord. Which is cool but is it the same bottom end? if i got the head of an h22 block could i essentially convert my whole engine? Is it cheaper?

Help is appreciated!

I think it can be done, but the stock V-Tech motor has a few things that the h23 doesn't, like a windage tray, crank scrapper, and oil squirters. I think the bolts in the head and the block line up but the bottom end may not be strong enough. But then again what do I know,I drive a Camaro.
