Problems with shifting into gear (civic hatchback 99)?

In the last couple days I started to noticed problems with shifting into gear. Even when i'm pressing down all the way its as if i wasnt even pressing the clutch in at all. The strage thing is, that this probelms comes and goes. Any help will be much appreciatedalso, i suppose i forgot to mention. when the problem does occur, the clutch pedal feels different when pushed in and released. when pushed, there is very little resistence. when released, it feels very "sticky".

I would check with a mechanic (if you don't know how to check all of that).

Check the tranny oil... it could be a lot of things, but consult a mechanic..
