the d15 vtec is a good engine, dont get me wrong. but i think its a complete waste of time to put it in an eg being its only gonna be a little faster than an eg si. I saw a d15 vtec eg coupe run 15.7 at St Thomas.

honestly as a starting platform i reccommend go with at least a non vtec dohc b series...aftermarket is there and opportunities are endless...i dont mind the d15b but its not a great platform 4 performance...
