SOHC VTEC troubleshoot

working on a 92 civc h/b vx with a D15 b SOHC VTEC motor my problem is...I am getting a MIL code 43 which I was told was fuel supply system however when the swap was done wouldnt the ecu have to be changed as well or is it some how possible it is the stock ecu....and therefore is code 43 4 long blinks 3 short blinks really fuel supply system??? i hope that makes sense... and on another note the car has a high rev problem but i dont have any codes for MAP, IAT, TPS, etc.... so it sounds like the fuel supply code might be correct and if so where does one start the process of illimination in order to indentify the problem.... thx any help would be appreciated....

pr4

the ecu in the car is a integra ecu

however the block is stamped d15 b

is it possible to put vtec head on this block or is likely that the valve cover has just been changed....is there any way I can identify the head?....

cheers
