look into getting a fuel riser, an AFC or something...maybe bigger injectors(not too big) and get an egt gauge!

A 440cc injector seems pretty small for a turbocharged 1.8L that spins past 8000rpm... if you're going to make above 300hp, you're going to need at least a 550cc injector.

440cc injectors will do over 400whp with the correct turning and fuel pressures.

As far as spark plugs go, run copper plugs for a boosted car. They need to be replaced the fastest (wouldn't go over 10 000km's per set) but they make the best spark. NGK's or autolites, same . Unless you want to be a baller and use iridium plugs.

edit: iridium plugs like to explode over 20psi.

Maybe if he had 2 extra pistons like you have, but 440cc's on a 4-banger isn't going to make 400whp, if they do... your duty cylcles will be WELL OVER 100%, and thats not where u want to be.

With the plugs, like everyone else says, go colder. When running more boost, use a smaller gap.

a stock Pulsar GTI-R with the SR20DET with a T28 with ITB setup comes with 444 top feed injectors and only pumps out about 220 or so crankHP...so yeah...with a bigger turdbo like a T3T4 you'll want at lease like a 550 - 600 to stay safe
