Hi, my friend gave me 4 winter tires, they are 205/65 R15, originally for his Maxima. Do you think I can use them for my Accord? My Accord is using 195/65 R15 right now if I remember it right. If can, my original rim can fit them?

You'll be fine. They're only a bit wider and a pinch taller.
