The spec v is a great car but with the spec v you would have to start over in mods so drop in the k series.

In terms of speed the k motor is going to be faster, but if other features hold you down to your decision... looks, suspension, feel, engineering then noone can make the decision but urself. I personally would do a k in the civic because at the end of the day you have made a car for you. If you buy the spec V you will be looking for some upgrades possibly with little to no aftermarket support. The K series has many upgradable iteams and lots of information to be found.

Good luck on your decision

Yah.. i have decided to keep my civic and do the k series..... but until i have the money for it i might have to park my car and finance a truck.... But, someone said the k series would be faster than a spec v... its actualy not..... everyone underestimates the spec v... it has bags of torque the car is very fast, and walks all over an rsx type s.... believe it or not, but my buddies have one of each, and the rsx really does not keep up at all..... Thanks everyone.... and as for the guys who told me to do eg ef or ek.... lol i would rather drive my em2, very few of them out on the road that are modified, and its hard to make them look good, i feel i have succeeded...
