If I was to change the D16Y7 (civic) to a B18B2 (integra ls) would I also need a new 5 speed transmission or do they bolt right on to the B18's?

Another question - can you get an lsd with the B18B series or is it only available on the B18C5 (type R)?

No a d series transmission will not fit a b series engine, you need a bseries transmission, and I don't think that b18b transmissions came with lsd, you options would be either the C5 tranmssion or just get an aftermarket lsd or an oem lsd from the C5 and put it in the b18b transmission.

as midnight racer was saying b-series trans will not fit and you can find some B-series transmissions with optional lsd, but they are jdm engines and are rare. A d-series transmission comes with lsd too, but it is optional as well and even more rare then a b-seriers oem lsd. Your best bet is to go aftermarket or get a insert for your stock tans.

nope ur gonna need bseries axels as well. If ur planning on doin a motor swap buy ur motor from a shop that specializes in selling motors they will sell you the motor with all the parts you need to install it.
