What transmission fluid are you using? I beleive there was a recent post regarding your transmission problem? Did the change in transmission fluid not cure the 3rd grind? If you have changed the fluid to the recommended redline or amsoil then there may be a problems with internal parts... syncro hub, syncro mesh, shifter fork, syncro sleeve etc.

i haven't heard that, but syncro mesh works just as well.I think if the trans fluid hasn't cured the problem then you have a internal problem at this point. The only was to really fix this is rebuild the transmission. You could open it up and change the one paticular syncro, but you might aswell service the whole tranny. Rebuilding a transmission is not all that hard its either right or its wrong. I am not sure if this is somethig you want to tackel yourself, but check your service manual to see whats involved. I think the reason you are having problems sounds like thermal expansion creating tighter tolerancers making the syncro bind up.

your welcome, you might be better off just finding another transmission if it really bothers you and you don't want to rebuild it.
