Type-R caliper on civic rotor?! HELP

ok my car has type-r brakes in the front and gsr disc brakes in the rear but there is a special bracket to keep the 4x100 pattern.

anyhow im looking to get cross-drilled and slotted rotors and my question is will a stock civic 10.3" rotor be sufficient for my front type-r caliper? the rear size of civic discs is the same as the gsr rears but the front type-r rotor i have now is 11.1"

for me to get a 4x100 type-r front caliper i will have to have the caliper re-drilled, at least i think thats the only way to do it.

would anyone know if the type-r caliper will fit on the 10.3" civic rotor?

any help is appreciated, thank you.

i don't think the larger calipers will work with the 10.3 rotors. you need to get some 11.1" i can do it for you... here is a writeup i did:

Those brakes are simply way too undersized, total junk. They will crack if you use drilled rotors. The type-r calipers also will not fit with the stock rotors.

I know someone who bought the R hubs and larger rotors and calipers off of some Acura sedan. Very nice brake upgrade for about $500.
