Hey does anyone know if a used car alarm is worth buying. Has anyone had any problems with that. This is what someone is selling that im interested in:

Viper 5000 2 way Car alarm system
Selling for a friend. He had this on his Eclipse and doesn't want it anymore. It has been used for 3 years and still in working condition.


Asking around $200 o.b.o.

Any comments would be appreciated!!

it's out of date and overpriced. might not last much longer anyways. it's worth the money to buy new.

Buy new for another 100 with a two way remove and it'll have warranty.

no its not worth it too me u can get a new one with another 100 or 200 bucks and its new with warranty and no problems...
