h22 is overrated. do up the h23. you'll be the first and only in saskatchewan to have a non vtec dohc turbo engine. and that my friend, will feel like a king hahaha. well that's just my .02c.

The H23 will be easier to tune (no overlap from vtec) and will make more torque. If you already have the H23 I'd go with that, you're likely going to drop the compression of the H22 when you build it anyhow, which will drop any real HP advantage it had over the h23.
