"SOMEONE" who used to have a 93 red civic hatch JDM styled...
B16B ITR tranny and P30 Hondata s200 ecu built putting out 214 whp ran a 13.49 @108 mph street tire

and ran a 12.43@117 mph on MT slicks and 100 shot so about 310 - 320 whp
so does that give you any help...
