hey, i have an AUTO,stock 2k el with a d16y8 in it, it has 113ks in it...first of all it sounds lik a diesel(needs a valve adjustment)...when i revv it real high in a stationary position after 1-2 seconds i hear a cluck noise/sound somewhere in the valve cover area....what is that? by the way i use synthetic oil if that matters.

dunno does it sound like its metal on metal?
is it coming from inside the motor?
if you say ya it might be some mechanical part in ur motor,
ill tell u from exp. a bent valve or sticking lifter. i dunno i cant hear it but if its inside ur gonna have to pay sum1 to take it apart and check 'er out
