When does the redline on the d15b start so i can set my shift light propley

take your car out and see and why would you want to set it at red line?

Depending on your setup, a d15b sohc vtec redlines at 7200rpm, if you've swapped it in and ur running your stock ecu your redline is what it is, the motor makes no more power after 6500-6800 rpm, i had my old civic dyno'd with stock ecu (6800Redline) and a Mugen ecu (no limit) made no more HP.
