Window Problems

Hey guys, hope one is able to help me out. I have a red 98 civic coupe, and the diver side window (power windows) always jumps out of aliment if I roll it all the way and try to close it.

Can someone give me a solution to this problem, thanks.

sounds like your gonna have to rip the door panel off and take a look inside. There is a little tab on the window track that makes the window stop in the open position. It may have fallen off due to rust or too much force

Yes as viper blue said remove the door panel to have access to the window assembly there. If you are unsure of what viper blue is refering to just move the window up and watch where the window goes out of alignment and where the issue is.

i have the same problem on my 99 coupe. with mine though - i think its the actual rubber around the window housing thats gone bad, always pushing the glass out of position as it closes...so you can give that a try as well...but the best way to deal with it is to open it up as stated above...
