1990 civic with carb and fuel injection??
WTF??? why is it built like that?? is this motor even worth fixing up? or should i get a new wiring harness and intake manifold?? this is such a odd motor...

No, it has either a carb OR a fuel injection system.import cars were late in going full fuel injection, so you could still have a carb.It's a simple motor to work on, very easy to get parts for.
