1992 del sol abs problem

i have a 1992 edm del sol vti. it has a b16a2 motor and i have problem with the abs. the rear calipers are sticking the pads to the discs, ie: there not releasing fully and the pads will keep wearing till there shot. also somtimes when i start the car the abs light stays off and when i press the brake peddle there is a clicking noise, but once the light comes on after a min or so the clicking stops. the peddle has gone to the floor once or twice on while driving also. any feed back would be very much appreciated. thanks
