I have a Car that I have been trying to sell for a year now. I live in the queens area. The car has 50K miles on it and is in great condition. The Kelly blue book for the car is $9,700 - I brought the car down to 7,500. I sent the car to CT and my dad can't sell it either. Everyone wants to pay 6K for it. I feel like I am being ripped off if I sell it for that. Before I sent it to CT, I brought it to a dealership where I live and the dealership said they would give be 5,500 for it. Please advise on how i should sell this car. Thanks so much!

from my experience, the price will continue to go down to a fustrating price. I sold my car at last for half my intended price after waiting 3 months. Should have sold it to the first guy who offered me 80% of my intended price. My candid advise" sell it off now or get more fustrated

Honda civic's are very nice and the least troublesome car. Why are you selling it? Are you out of your mind? Going back to your concerns, In Asia a second hand honda's resale value is very high. But from where you are maybe it's not much because there are lot's of car makes and models to choose from, and brand new cars prices are very reasonable. So I suggest, be patient and wait for the best offer.
