2005 civic tail lights

2005 civic tail lights
Hey folks
My 2005 civic has recently experienced tail light problems. The tail lights on the trunk lid and the lights for the license plates are both not working. I've gone through all the fuse boxes, both the interior and exterior (under hood). The fuses all seem to be fine. I've replaced all the bulbs as well. I should mention that all the other parking lights are working fine, including brakes and signals. Also, the reverse lights work too. Is anyone experiencing the same? Any suggestions?
