In a '93 Del Sol honda, the Battery indicator light is illuminating intermitently.?

In a '93 Del Sol honda, the Battery indicator light is illuminating intermitently.?
Why does light go on and off repeatedly in approx.10-20 minute intervals. Also It starts perfectly every time. This has been going on a few days now. What do you think it is?

get your altenator and regulator checked but it could just be the belt is loose too.

can you get to,and check alternator conections for tight and clean........what does the belt look like and is it tight...autozone and advanced will check charging system and battery for free. good luck
