I just bought a 1995 Honda Civic LX for $50.00 from someone who was going to donate it. It does not burn oil, starts and runs great, but after 2 days the battery light came on, lights started to dim, stereo even quit. Alternator problem right? But also the speedometer quick working???? Are these things related? I'm thinking alternator, but could it be the computer?? Maybe something else????































Any help would be great.

most probably is ur alternator faulty. check on ur fuses & the power supplied first before changing the alternator, ur battery getting weak due to the alternater not charging.the computer is not related. good luck
