Which is a better car: a civic 1999, a civic 2001, or an accord 1999-2000 and why?

I'm looking for a good quality, reliable, and good looking car that is within the limit of a $5000 budget.

civics usually last longer and their parts are usually cheaper

They are all good. I would buy the one with the lowest miles in the best condition for the money I had to spend.
