turbo or nos. which is better and why?

i have a 95 honda civic and i dont know if to go with turbo or nos. which is better and why?

turbo lag can be an issue if ur a hardcore racer... its where the turbo doesnt kick in for a while making starts slow and then giving large amounts of power... which isnt useful if ur opponent has a quicker start and is well ahead of you from the starting line... ull be playing catch up. then again nos can be expensive and not always legal

from my experience with both i would say turbo, cuz nitrous eventually runs out if u race ur car alot and turbo dosnt run out, but as long as u tune ur car right u can just do both
