A/C Problem with 2000 Honda Civic!!?

A/C Problem with 2000 Honda Civic!!?
Blows out warm air. Seemed to work a bit a few weeks ago but nothing now. I hear the air conditioner kick in when I turn it on but no cold air. Got a freon canister w/ guage from autoparts shop. Said the pressure was already very high. I discharged the pressure and recharged the system with freon (couldn't think of anything else). So no leaks I assume. A/C-Heater fuse is okay. The L line is sort of cool, and the H line is very hot so I assume something's working, but again no cold air. Any help is much appreciated!!!
