I have two 1994 ex Coupe's built in - Canada,1 1991 Civic ex built in - Canada, and a 2008 Si sedan Built in - Canada , my boss has a 1994 civic del sol built in - Canada, and a 2007 si coupe built in - Canada... so for the US market i think there all built in Canada.. I dont know about the Hybrid Civic
