Do i need an HID kit to have hid lights on my civic or can i just buy the HID bulbs
that fit my car? See im trying to get some new headlights for my civic but im not sure if you just buy the right HID bulbs and then you take your old ones off and put the HID's in or if you have to buy an HID kit.
