no every honda does not have a v-tec engine.. but the lastest models are v-tec

No. Just about all of them are now though. Usually the base models don't have the VTEC Engine. The following is a link to wikipedia.com. It explains the VTEC Engine in Detail with a history.

not all honda's have the v-tec engine. in older models it was the higher trims that had it. in newer models most all hondas have a v-tec and the performance cars have an i-vtec engine.

no not at all it all depends on the model and year. i think its like 96 onwards they started. some do some dont the honda civic jorden does.
