Which exhaust, intake should I buy?

I just bought an 08 civic si sedan and wasn't sure what exhaust to buy.

1)GReddy EVO2 Cat-Back Exhaust System

2)Skunk2 Mega Power Cat-Back Exhaust System

3)GReddy SP2 Cat-Back Exhaust System

4)GReddy Ti-C Cat-Back Exhaust System

Then I have an intake question, Which one provides the best horsepower gain, and the best mpg gain, or loss.

1)Injen Cold Air Intake (Uses MR Technology)

2)Injen Short Ram Intake( Uses MR Technology)

3)AEM Cold Air Intake

4)AEM Short Ram Intake
