Failed Wipers
I get into my wife's 2002 Honda Civic and turn on the wipers. There is a bit of snow on the windshield, but the wipers go through them pretty easily a couple of times before going out. Every so once in a while, they click on or twitch like they want to go. But they don't work.
Would it be a fuse problem? I checked the one under dash, and the fuse looks good. Is there other fuses that would be the problem? Or do I need to look at replacing a wiper motor?
Your thoughts?
