I recently bought my first car, and it is a Honda Civic. I love it- it's a great car.

My family has had consistent good experiences with Honda products.

Having a Honda for my first car was great also, because I find they are VERY helpful with questions and or suggestions, and they will often service your car for you.

Hondas are also proven to be one of the top car brands in reliability, up there with Toyota.

As a 16 year old male, your insurance will be high, but usually insurance companies offer breaks for good grades and driving safely.

Gas mileage sucks all around nowadays, but I find that my Honda seems to get pretty good gas mileage. I only fill it up a couple times a month.

It's a great car- I've had it over a year and had no problems with it at all.

I'm not sure about the Honda sel Del in particular, but Honda products in general are VERY reliable. I definitely reccomend them for a first car.

Good luck!
