how good would plastic welding my cracked 99 civic bumper work? 96-00 4dr don't fit?

Well if you know what your doin it will do good.. you have to use the exact same plastic that the bumper is made of.. so you should find a small piece of the bumper from the inside of it and cut it off and use it for the weld.. good luck..
