Buy a different car and check back, a civic is a family car and if you are trying to make it sporty there is a chance you will crash and when it crashed that car will all but dissolve on impact leaving the driver's body to make up for the impact. Also, lowering it may throw off any weight ratios that Honda had in place, true it would lower the center of gravity but it is still dangerous.
