self-tint kits reliable? is $20 a window some good stuff?and anyone know of places in saint louis to tint car windos

it depends on where u go, probably between 150 and 200, and no the do it ur self ones are not reliable

depends WHERE YOUR AT. Here in Texas it would run about 20 dollars a window and depends if the windows are clean of old tint or glue.
