the air bags on ebay for sale.? They are going pretty cheap. If I buy them, are they hard to install? Is it something I can do or will I need help? Also, how do you find out if the sensor codes are one time use or can they be used again? If i install them and the light is on, it wont pass inspection right?

Thanks

I highly recommend not going through with this purchase unless you have people willing to help you. I'm not an expert myself, but definitely seek further advice.

Think about it. This car is probably 'totalled'. You may not even be able to register it.

do not install air bags yourself

i recommande pro to do it 100%

and I do not like air bags, i rather to go without, so instead of buying air bags, buy a racing steering wheel with adapter hubs for it

and for the passanger side, have a pro put in an air bag

air bags cost more injurys then it prevents

well im a bit experienced in this. you should find out about the civic, why are the airbags deployed. it may have been in an accident and fixed. so if you bought this car you may have to pass a salvage examination, they call it, at least in ny. if you did buy the car though and you bought airbags on ebay you could install them yourself. its not very hard. just make sure you take the negative off the battery. since airbags deployed you are going to have to change or have the module reset too, that is located beneath the center console in between where drivers and passengers feet would be. the module is a little hard to deal with, but its possible. as far as the sensors go, you may not have to change them unless they got damaged for some reason. to reset the light it is fairly simple, if you want to know, you can email me or search online for how to do it.this car may be a salvage title car, so find out everything before you buy it.
