I found the loose hose. But where does the end connect too? I can't find it. It goes from the Silver Cruise (round looking box) to a round black box in the right far corner (under the hood) and the hose that leaves that round black box is disconnected. Im assuming it goes to somewhere close to the air filter? Can you tell me where the hose connects too?

i say you take it to an auto dealer and either buy a new one or have it fixed.
